The dock includes a gas grill, patio table floats, air pump, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 2 lounge chairs, 2 fishing rods and a swim up ladder for easy access onto the dock. You can access the property with your own boat, or rent a boat from the marina.

The “Moonlight Madness” is docked at Volunteer Landing Marina in Knox. The marina is steps away from award winning “Ruth’s Chris” steakhouse and Calhoun’s On the River. We provide free parking pass, golf cart, 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, 2 cruiser bikes. We're in a covered slip but you can sun bath off the stern deck.

The home can only be accessed by boat, if you don’t have your own Whitman Hollow offers boat rentals, just call them in advance to reserve. Parking at the marina is free. If you have a boat the launch ramp is right around the corner from the marina and is also free. Jump (or slide) right off the dock into the lake!
