Just a short walk from the the beach this home features a large front deck with ocean views and and courtyard out the back with inbuilt seating and a shaded pergola for chilling out around the pool. Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.

It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

Pecan Palms log house is positioned next to the sandy bottomed Orara river, known for Bass fishing and crystal clear waters making it the ideal location to fish, canoe and swim. If wildlife watching and bushwalking is more your thing you can enjoy long walks through the 40 year old pecan orchards, Palm tree plantations and the Australian bush that surrounds the house on the 100 acre property.

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.
