The Copper Hide is a unique escape at Arth Valley Retreat on the west coast of Wales. This old dairy milking parlour was converted into accommodation some years ago but has recently (2024) benefited from a complete makeover. With a roll top bath, mezzanine bed with large star gazing window and Woodburning stove. During your stay you’ll be free to roam our piece of the valley that flows down to a river with waterfalls. Equally inviting is firing up the wood burner or sitting out with the fire pit on your own private deck to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the surrounding Aeron Valley.

Y Cartws is a converted stable/barn, build of stone and dating from the early 19th century in a quiet location next to an 11th century small country church.Attached and for guests` use, is parking for 2 cars, small lawn, woodland and barbecue area.It is a 20 minute drive from the coast where you can see dolphins all Summer via boat trips etc.It has been awarded 5* three times and most of the accommodation is on one floor except for the sitting room which is upstairs in the Gallery.
