It has some furniture from the Soviet era. Open balcony has a view to the park. In the kitchen You find Jura coffeemaker, French press, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard. The flat is comfy up to 4 people.

Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). A rustic and comfy apartment in a historic house in the very heart of the Old Town. Built in 1775, it is one of the oldest buildings in Tartu, located around the corner from main building of Tartu University. All of the sights are within a few minute walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. The place is surrounded with cozy bars/cafes and the finest restaurants. Both of the windows are facing the courtyard so it is always quiet.
