Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Tere tulemast meie avarasse ja hubasesse villasse Neitsijärve kaldal, vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Pühajärvest ja Otepäält. Villa pakub täielikult sisustatud kööki koos teppanyaki grilliga, suurt söögilauda ja hubast kaminaga elutuba. Majas on 4 magamistuba mugavate kahekohaliste vooditega ning lastetuba narivoodi ja mänguasjadega. Majas on kokku 4 WC-vannituba. Mõnusaks boonuseks ka saun. Nautige terrassilt kaunist järvevaadet, lähedal asuvaid matkaradu, ujumiskohti ja suusakeskuseid.

Ühetoaline metsamaja on ideaalne peatuspaik rändurile või pelgupaik neile, kes soovivad põgeneda linnakärast ja nautida looduse hääli. Maja on ehitatud massiivsetest tahutud palkidest. Puuduvad moodsad mugavused, aga on olemas kõik vajalik lihtsaks eluks. Ümberringi laiuvad metsamassiivid kutsuvad avastama ja metsaande korjama. See palkmaja on neile, kes otsivad sisemist vaikust ja tahavad kogeda harmooniat loodusega. Voodiriided ja jalgrattad saab laenutada lisatasu eest ja etteteatamisega.

Tolstoi himself would have loved to stay in this cozy, stylish, quiet yet not far from the centre, well-organized apartment in a neighborhood Karlova with only wooden houses. The apt. has a fully-equipped kitchen corner with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, ceramic stove + a wood stove!, dining area, foldable comfortable couch and wide-screen tv+wifi. There is air-conditioning with a heater but if you’re more of a Tolstoi’s type of person, you can heat an oven with wood!

Cosy apartment in a wooden building situated next to the historical Toomemägi park. Scenic walk through the park will take you to the town hall square in 10 minutes. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

Korteris on kõik vajalik, et perega veetu mitu päeva rahulikult Tartus (pesumasin, nõudepesumasin, täielikult varustatud köök). 5 min jala kõndimise kaugusel Rongijaam (350m). Jalutuskäigu kaugusel on ka toidupoed ja mänguväljak. Tartu Lauluväljak ja Raekoja platsini on kõndiga 25 minutit.
