The Kabahna backs onto the golf course / tennis courts. Sleeps 7 adults and 1 child on top bunk. Starlink Internet. Out the back gate into the Talbingo country club. We have a reverse cycle in the dining room kitchen with evaporative A/C through all bedroom's lounge room and kitchen. Ceiling fans in dining room and lounge room. We have 2 toilets.
