Strictly for couples ( Live in relation also allowed) and families who want to relax & enjoy the nature & hills without disturbing the neighbours. Lot of treks around to go trekking, a stream 500 Mtrs down to cool yourself in summer and full privacy with a care taker to help.

Half an hour’s drive away from Kasauli, a sprawling, non-air-conditioned, three-bedroom villa with a treehouse and a fireplace on the deck for barbecue. There’s no TV, nor wi-fi. Great for privacy, minimalism and a digital detox. There's no full-time/live-in housekeeper/caretaker. The part-time help cooks for extra payment.
