Cilpentan Bach adjoins a working Hill Farm with sheep, cattle, goats and working dogs. Our holding, stretches away from the yard with a paddock, large field, three farm ponds, a wooded track along the stream into the meadow, a legally protected, Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Spring, summer and autumn you can see; nesting Red Kites, bats, wood sorrel, bluebells, yellow rattle, anemones, orchids and fungi and much more. The fields are grazed by our Arab mare, Highland colt and goats.

There is one bedroom in use on the property but kept separate, also there is a hair salon on the property. We have mini supermarket with a post office, chemist. Tesco, Asda and a few pubs within 3 miles. We are right next door you need anything!! (Garden area currently undergoing refurbishment)

Capel Cartref - a detached 5 bedroom holiday let, between Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and Swansea. Graded 4 star by Visit Wales it has 4 double beds, (1 en suite), plus 1 room with 2 single beds, plus a bath and shower room. (3 bathrooms in total). The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, two fridge freezers. The lounge is spacious with extra upstairs seating . The garden is enclosed but beyond the back gate is parking for four cars.

Inside your pod there is a cosy double bed with bedding - solar powered lighting (with phone charging point) a table and two chairs and a gas heater! We provide a single ring camping stove and kettle with plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, glasses and washing up bowl and tea towel to help you on your way! For 2024 we have also built a new shared shower and toilet block onsite! We provide a flask of boiling water, tea bags, coffee and milk by 8.30 each morning for your first cuppa of the day!

Important to note that older welsh cottages like this one have quite low ceilings if you are over 6'3 it may not be comfortable for you. Fully Enclosed Garden.
