It is difficult to find such an accessible property, in a traditional Canarian construction house, with quality materials, and in addition to being in the center of the town, it gives the feeling of being rural, surrounded by vegetation and where you can hear the singing of birds. The attic is accessed through an external staircase, completely independent. The parking and the laundry area (washing machine and dryer) are common spaces that are available to guests at all times. You access the garage through an automatic door with a remote control that we will provide you as soon as you get home :) In addition to the independent access to the attic through the exterior staircase, you will find the door that connects with the private garden where you can enjoy comfortable chairs and the outdoor shower to cool off. The main advantage is that, respecting the privacy of the well-defined independent spaces, you have us at your disposal at home, by phone or WhatsApp for any question, recommendation, surprise that you want to prepare your partner or problem that may arise during your stay. The environment is calm and within the historical centre of Tacoronte, a small town in the the north of the Tenerife island. At 10 minutes driving it is the beach and natural pool of Mesa del Mar and other small towns. From the penthouse you have easy access to the north motorway (TF5) to quickly visit the rest of the island. If you do not have a car, there are several bus lines in the neighborhood. Whether you decide to rent a car during your stay and enjoy your own schedule and the convenience of having private parking, as if you do not need a car, the penthouse is well located in the center of the town, with a bus stop nearby that will allow you to move through the island to the main destinations. It is 50 minutes from Tenerife Sur airport (TFS airport) and 15 minutes from Tenerife North airport (TFN airport). El alojamiento es exterior y luminoso. Equipado con todo lo necesario para que su estancia sea cómoda y agradable. Estaremos encantados de atenderles de 9:00 a 14:00 y de 17:00 a 20:00 horas. Junto al casco histórico y el Estadio Heliodoro Rodríguez López. Este piso también está cerca del Parque Municipal García Sanabria y a menos de 1,5 km del Auditorio y el Parque Marítimo César Manrique. Las Teresitas está a 15 minutos en coche. Es ideal para conocer la ciudad a pie. Buena comunicación autobuses, taxis, próximo a parada de tranvía. A escasos metros del apartamento hay un parking público 24 horas .

Gracias a la ubicación céntrica de este alojamiento, tú y los tuyos lo tendréis todo a mano. Se encuentra en una de las calles principales de la ciudad y a 2 minutos de la plaza el principe, 3 de la calle el castillo y 5 del parque García sanabria. Tiene 80 metros cuadrados con techos altos y grandes ventanales lo que le confiere un confort y una luz única. El piso posee unas vistas a uno de los edificios más fotografiados y emblemáticos de la ciudad, la antigua fábrica de tabaco "la lucha".

Nuestro apartamento goza de unas maravillosas vistas al mar. Es muy amplio, luminoso y cómodo. Ideal para pasar unos días de relax y tranquilidad, aunque también está muy cerca de la playa del arenal, donde puedes practicar surf o sencillamente salir de paseo y disfrutar de las vistas de Bajamar y Punta del Hidalgo. The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".
