Located on the first floor of a historic building, it is spread over two levels: on the first living area (with sofa bed), kitchen and bathroom and on the second level the bedroom. The sea view of the port of Ortigia and the Spanish Gate is spectacular. Excellent wifi. Central and prestigious location, facing the seafront. Possibility of private parking and transfers to/from the airport. If you come by car I will provide you with a permit to access the restricted traffic zone for the entire stay

Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Il mio delizioso monolocale, grazie a due balconi al quarto piano di un palazzo storico al centro di Ortigia, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sui caratteristici tetti della parte vecchia dell'isola. E' molto spazioso ed è dotato di tutto ciò di cui si possa aver bisogno per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax. Io sono Marisa, la padrona di casa, e sono una garanzia di autenticità locale, pronta a soddisfare ogni vostra richiesta. Venite a trovarmi e non ve ne pentirete!
