The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

Hidden away in the middle of the town centre, This large house is ideal for a maximum of 6 people who wish to have plenty of room and not feel cramped. The Kitchen has a Smeg Range Cooker and an American French door fridge freezer. The house is huge and gorgeous! Parts of the house are very retro which add to its charm. All the bedrooms are a great size. The old servants bells are a lot of fun and there are plenty of TV's and a Sonos music system so you can get high quality music on demand!

A beautiful spacious townhouse located in the heart of Swanage just a short walk from the town centre and beach. Thoughtfully designed to act as the perfect getaway for groups of friends and family to have fun, dine and relax together. The house benefits from TWO substantial living rooms, a large kitchen/dining space that seats 16 and ample seating outside to enjoy some al fresco dining together whilst the six large bedrooms and five modern bathrooms will provide you the privacy you need.

Haylands Hut

We are located in the heart of our working dairy farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.

The Barn is gas central heated and also has double bi-fold doors so you can bring the outside in and enjoy the countryside in real luxurious comfort. There are lots of special touches too!
