Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Studio Mara (24 m2) nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju u mjestu Klimno na otoku Krku. Sa terase se pruža lijepi pogled na more. Kuhinja, blagavaona i dnevni prostor se nalaze u jednoj prostoriji. Krevet je veličine 160x200. Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.

Vacation house Kate will enchant you with its fascinating sea view. You can enjoy the sea view while relaxing on the sun loungers. It is located 250m from the nearest beach. It can accommodate 5-6 people. The holiday home has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two terraces. There is also an outdoor grill. It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
