Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The house is newly renovated in old istrian stile and with a marvelous sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can also visit our wine cellar and old mill and have a taste of our wines. V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

Biodynamic Farm Dragonja - Olive Grove offers a unique, relaxing stay in a house not far from the village. The house is surrounded by 2 hectares of private land, where you can admire untouched nature, relax to the sound of birdsong and chirping crickets, and immerse yourself in the scents of trees, immortelle, and lavender. Above the house is a walking trail, and below it flows a stream. Perfect peace and privacy.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
