The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Private lakefront apartment - a little oasis!

Completely private apartment with private bath and dining / office space in a lakefront log cabin. Your private, locked entrance is steps from the waterfront, feel free to enjoy a paddle in one of our kayaks, rowboat, or canoe... or if the mood strikes you, light a campfire. This property is a hidden oasis - easy access to Ricketts Glen, Knoebels Grove, Art of Floating (float tanks), Morgan Hills Golf Course, Old Tioga Farm (fine dining restaurant), rock climbing, and the Susquehanna River.

Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. Just 3 minutes from the Lake Wallenpaupack boat launch and 5 minutes from shopping, restaurants, bars, boat tours, fantastic hiking trails, and more. At this quiet, newly renovated (2022) retreat, you can experience great fishing, incredible sunrises and sunsets, bald eagles, blue herons, deer, various birds, and other wildlife. Relax and dine on the deck or lakeside flagstone patio while enjoying crackling embers in the fire pit.

1700’s historic waterfront cottage

Be a part of history while staying on this waterfront property of the Ironmaster's Mansion. The two-story stone guesthouse, steps away from the mansion, was built in the year 1715. The timeless character of the home, paired with the peaceful property creates an escape that feels like you've gone back in time, all while being only 20 minutes outside of Lancaster City. The mansion was home to the first treasurer of the US, General Edward Hand’s daughter, and President Buchanan’s fiance.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cozy 2 bedroom cabin that sits a few feet from the creek. The property includes 2 acres of woods on the other side of the creek. Walk across the footbridge and down a short path to a small pond. The cabin was originally a hunting cabin. Over the years it was expanded and converted into a year round residence. The cabin had a 1970’s vibe, so when we renovated it we tried to keep that feel.

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim. No WiFi and no cell service = fully disconnecting from daily life and true relaxation. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers (2 adults max). STR operating permit #21H-109

The Cabin at Pleasant Valley Farm

The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.
