Ski Resorts Close are within an hour drive Located a few short miles from State Game Lands and abundant hunting. This is a working farm with horses, donkeys and chickens. The fireplace is only available from October 1st to end of May; its a heat source and is not for ambiance. The driveway is steep all wheel or 4 wheel is required during winter.

Come stay at our peaceful cozy cabin with a hot tub to recharge and relax. Our cabin is located on a back country road with very little traffic. You have lake frontage just across the road on a 19 acre non motorboat lake. You can kayak, fish or swim here. Our cabin has all the amenities you need including water, electric, grill, outdoor picnic table and fire pit. The cabin is small, cozy and one to remember!!! We have two kayaks, paddle boat and new dock for you to enjoy.

Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

My place is close to Montrose, a quaint historical town nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pa. Private Lake house on Lake ChrisAnn. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
