With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. It is the bottom floor of a 3 story house, fully self contained with external access and locked off from the rest of the house, with private/exclusive use of the deck and spa pool in front. All linen, towels, soap&shampoo, complimentary food and bottle of champagne included. Includes Smart TV with Netflix.

With less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk downhill you will have access to Sumner Beach and Village. Alternatively a short walk uphill to access mountain bike and walking tracks on the Port Hills.

Book your relaxing get away in our close to town rural setting poolhouse. A high end, contemporary Poolhouse detached from our family home. You can enjoy your very own space on our lifestyle property. Soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset on your very own private deck. There is NO Kitchen provided in the unit and there is no guest access to the swimming pool. We have a friendly golden retriever named 'Goldie.' Enjoy close access to ski fields, wedding venues and the Christchurch CBD
