The cottage is only a 15-minute drive from the "Milos Veliki" highway and can be reached from Belgrade in about 1h 30min. Newly opened airport "Morava" in Ladjevci is only 10 km from our property.

Dračica-Toskanica is a cottage for rest and pleasure in central part of Šumadija, in the village of Drača. It is located in quiet part of the village, near the main road. The house consists of a living room with dining area and equipped kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Comfortable dining terrace is in front of the house, with a beautiful view. The yard is in a pleasant shade, surrounded by flowers and greenery. Behind the house is an orchard with a vineyard and a large porch.

Cena smeštaja u ovoj većoj kući tokom leta dnevno iznosi 130$,a tokom zime dnevno iznosi 210$. Vila Ana 1(2+2)-dnevna soba sa ležajem na razvlačenje za 2-oje dece i francuski ležaj za 2-oje, kupatilo, kuhinja i trpezarija.Cena ove manje kuće je 110$dnevno tokom leta,170$ tokom zime.
