Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.

La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed è molto accogliente, pur essendo in una via molto silenziosa è a pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare, vicina a tutti i servizi, non avrete bisogno di usare l'auto se non per raggiungere le spiagge. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 6 km di distanza.
