Sit in the chairs or chaise lounge in the private backyard listening to the birds or relax in the shared sauna after a day of skiing or snowshoeing. Tennis lessons and clinics available on site. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Two Fire pits located just outside outdoor. Plenty of convenient parking.

We are located in the hills of central VT, close to good hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
