Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
