Lakeshore North is a beautiful area of Waterloo. It is walking distance to Laurel Creek Conservation Area and a short drive to St. Jacobs Farmers Market. The basement bedroom is large (18 feet X 12 feet) and normally very cool, but fans are available if necessary.
