Situated on 6 acres in Dinwiddie County, this newly renovated cottage includes 2 bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, living room with fireplace and private patio with dining area. Your stay includes full access to the grounds and dock and you are welcome to tie up a boat if you bring one.

Escape to Timberline Ranch, a 30-acre horse farm near historic Smithfield. Horses and goats are visible from multiple windows. Your bedroom is cozy with room-darkening drapes, plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee station stocked and to-go cups. Our newly renovated farmhouse that sits on 80 acres of land, overlooking two ponds that are fully stocked with fish for fishing. Our two story, open concept, house provides ample space for up to 9 people . Enjoy the downstairs with two living rooms, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The downstairs has two bedrooms (3 beds). The upstairs of the house is only opened when more than 5 guests are booked (additional fees apply). The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms and a half bath.

Enjoy this quaint Cozy Cottage with bedroom loft! This adorable 1-bedroom unique place has a style all its own. Built in the 1960’s behind the main house, it has floor to ceiling pine paneling, pine floors and fireplace. It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.
