Cottage in the countryside with its own pool

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

The studio includes a 140 cm wide bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining area for two. Bed linen, towels, and kitchenware are provided. Enjoy access to a gym, sauna, breakfast, restaurant, and parking, all available at an additional cost. Unwind in the elegant lobby with complimentary coffee, comfortable seating, and workspaces.

Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

Huset andas kärlek till naturen och ligger på en lugn ö i Stockholms skärgård som mestadels består av naturreservat. Här finns inga bilar eller oljud utan bara vilda bär och vilda djur. Nära till havet, den egna bryggan (se bild) ligger ca 100 meter från huset. Tillgång till vedugn, vedeldad bastu, 2 Havskajaker (K1) och 2 Mountainbikes (Allt ingår i hyran).

Välkommen till vår charmiga gäststuga på 33 kvm med havsglimt, mitt i naturen och med badrocksavstånd till havet. Koppla av på den stora altanen, njut av promenader längs vattnet, bad från bryggan eller den grunda stranden. Stugan är nyrenoverad, fullt utrustad och bäddad och klar vid ankomst. Bastu och spabad med havsutsikt finns mot tillägg. Cyklar finns att låna och restaurang Skeppskatten ligger nära. 160-säng + extrabädd för barn.

On our premises, we have a genuine village bakery house from the 18th century. Modern standard in a country style atmosphere, with a bathroom, kitchen and sleeping loft for two. Private entrance and a veranda for evening dinners. This is a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. We have a guest apartment with a good bathroom and kitchenette on the central island "Kungsholmen". The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there's an elevator/lift. Perfect for both shorter and longer stays.
