Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
