This luxury hand crafted pod is exclusively available for your use, including a double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, ensuite shower room, private patio, outdoor seating and firepit/BBQ swing arm.

Leo’s Hideaway” is a cosy cottage, newly renovated with its own private courtyard space. Tucked away in the center of the vibrant village of Staveley. Directly from the door you can enjoy some of the best walks the Lake District has to offer. Staveley is a gateway to other towns and villages such as Kendal and Windermere via bus or train. Please note we allow a maximum of 4 guests including infants we only allow 1 small/medium dog per booking. (Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture)

Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

A beautiful, cosy and quirky barn conversion in the South Lake District. Spacious open plan kitchen-diner/ sitting room with views into private garden and the open countryside beyond. Large wood burner. River and woodland walks from the doorstep. Large bedroom with king bed and en-suite. Close to the thriving village of Staveley with shops, bakery, cafes, pubs, bike shop, butchers, spar and gelato shop. 15 minutes drive to Windermere, 10 minutes drive to central Kendal and it's amenities.

Enjoy scenic walks along the nearby canal path,visit Arnside just 10 minutes away, for coastal views and top-notch fish & chips. A perfect place for exploring the countryside

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Bousfield Barn a 'stunning place to stay'

This recently renovated barn is in a country setting a mile from Orton village in the Westmorland Dales bordering the Lake District National park. Approx 5 minutes from J38 &39 of M6, in easy reach of Orton village’s amenities of pub, cafe, shop, chocolate factory and local farm shop. Ideal as base a for exploring the local area or a stopover en-route to & from the north. Dogs welcome with enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep. Honeypot Cottage, Broadoak Cottages, Underbarrow

Honeypot Cottage is a converted stable on a small private country estate in the Lake District's Lyth Valley, with private drive, ponds and fields, perfect for exploring the area, well located, rural and peaceful. Abundant wildlife and walks aplenty, the local pub is a short stroll away down a country lane. The unique upstairs open plan living space has a cosy log burner, dining area and compact kitchen and takes full advantage of the scenery with access to the garden via a balcony.

Fell Cottage, Staveley

Fell Cottage sleeps four guests in two en-suite bedrooms and provides exceptionally high standard of pet friendly holiday accommodation in the Lake District National Park. Lovingly restored and furnished, Fell Cottage is less than a miles stroll from the centre of the bustling Lakeland village of Staveley in the South East of the National Park. Located just off the beaten track, yet with Ultrafast Full Fibre Broadband, Fell Cottage provides a peaceful retreat to escape the crowds.

Riverside Cottage is part of a historic 19th century terrace & affords views of Craggy Wood behind Staveley. The River Gowan runs directly outside and there are a variety of stunning walks from the front door. The cottage is conveniently just a stone's throw from a cosy pub with beer garden, a playground & all of Staveley's amenities which include a Spar, artisan bakery, gelato shop to list just a few. The cottage also has the benefit of having been recently updated throughout.
