This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. We have two kayaks, paddle boat and new dock for you to enjoy.

Foothill House is on the outskirts of Hughesville. It is in a country setting, abundant with wildlife. The house borders a pond, which is amazing to just sit and relax next too. Central Pa has many amazing restaurants that provide farm to table food in our lush pa summers. We are close to many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, swimming and much more. If your visiting for work, we aren’t too far from civilization.
