Cozy updated 1-bedroom apartment in a great area located just 15 minutes from Manhattan anyway that you travel. Home is equipped with a 46" LCD television, private bathroom, small back yard, full-size mattress, closet, dressers for clothing, free washer and dryer (detergent not provided), your own full kitchen and wireless internet. Bathroom will be setup for your stay with clean towels. There are many public transportation options, all of which are 15 minutes to New York City, Subway to Path, Bus and Ferry. Parking in Union City is optional, but is not recommended as it is not easy to find parking. Locally, Union City is rich with culture, there is a lot of Latin Cuisine and shops, as well as a bus to manhattan and the subway just 5 short blocks down on Bergenline Avenue. Walk just 3 short blocks to Boulevard East and you will find a breathtaking view of Manhattan for walks or strolls and as a treat, you can take the ferry to the financial district or 38th st where you can hop on one of their free buses. On Boulevard East, one can also take one of the frequently arriving buses to Manhattan. This is a cozy room with private forest views and all the basic amenities (small kitchenette). We are located next to the entrance of Mount Beacon park (the free Loop Bus from the station drops you on our corner), a three-minute walk to the trail entrance, and a 25 minute walk to the train station and Main Street. The room is attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance with code access. We live in the main house, so we are here to answer questions or help with your stay.

It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One block away from the water and three blocks away from Dolphin Cove. Enjoy walkings and site-seeings. Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown. Bus stop in front of the house. The house has a lower level that mostly is occupied by the host and sometimes with guests.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
