Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Guests have free access to the beautiful pool, small gym, sauna and jacuzzi onsite. Just 15 mins walk to a beautiful, dog-friendly beach too! We now have a a smart PAYG EV charging point too!

Mariners Mirror is situated on the water’s edge with access from the private terrace into the sea! It is perfect for those who love wild swimming and paddle boarding, as well as those wishing to stay on terra firma and watch the world go by. It is a 2 minute climb up the stone steps, through the iconic Barracks Ope and out onto the Old High Street (or 4 minutes if you want to avoid the steps!). From here you can experience Falmouth’s best independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.
