You will have access to a community fridge and freezer as well as a charcoal grill. Roller skating and mini golf available seasonally. Close to SLU

The Grace Clark House is a renovated old farmhouse with an open floor plan surrounded by meadows and woods. The Saint Regis River is just a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Fully furnished and equipped, the house is cozy, great for solo retreats, or for small groups of people. Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. Take a walk down the dock to the picturesque views of Canada, dine on the spacious deck, or kayak from the stone beach. Your stay will include access to the river and riverside through the property down a small gravel road. Positioned upon the hill, the camper and deck space give way to beautiful sunset views.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
