Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double at £10 pppn). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Clarice's Cabin is a comfortable small home, looking out across our garden. It has its own securely separated outside seating area. In the cabin's open plan space there is a comfy double bed with 100% cotton bedding a 2 seater settee, table and chairs, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Accessed from the main room is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and flush toilet. There is a fan for hot days and an oil filled electric heaters for those cooler evenings.
