We are leasing 31 days or more only, with all utilities are included.

The complex has a pool right out the front door. Restaurants, grocery stores close by with easy access to the New Orleans airport and the freeway into Downtown, the French quarter and all that New Orleans has to offer.

This location is close to the airport (about a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic). There is a convenience store just one block away (less than a 3 minute walk), great if you don't have a car. Only a 15-20 minute drive away from downtown New Orleans if you do have a car (depends on traffic).
