Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Separate en-suite bedroom with kings size bed and Emma mattress, bath with shower & heated towel rail. Outside there is a private patio area with table and chairs.

Pepper Cottage

Pepper Cottage is tucked away in a quiet spot in the heart of St Agnes. It’s a 500m walk to the village centre which boasts an abundance of amenities; cafes, pubs, bakery, butchers and veg shop. Trevaunance cove is less than a miles walk. The house has everything you need for a cosy stay year round. Perfect for families, couples and solo travellers. The South West Coast path is on the doorstep and neighbouring beaches Porthtowan and Perranporth are only a 5 minute drive.

The Eyrie is located on a quiet side street just above the centre of Falmouth. Set over two floors, it is light and airy with sea views of the harbour and quay. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with a practical, contemporary feel whilst retaining some quirky and original features. With an added bonus of an outside terrace and a parking space located a short walk away, The Eyrie offers all you need for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Newly built in 2021- a 2/3 bed house with uninterrupted sea views, walking distance from St Agnes village. The Old Blockyard is ideally placed for access to the beach, St Agnes village and coast path walks. St Agnes is close to many cycle trails and is popular for road + mountain biking.
