The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

This is one side of an updated duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds! Each bedroom as a very comfortable memory foam queen size mattress!

Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.
