This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. The apartment is very close to the most famous beach in Split, Bačvice. It's about 600 meters or 7 min walking distance, or less. The apartment is situated very close to the city center, the Old town. Walking time is around 10-12 minutes, and the road takes you directly to the Old town (and the farmer's market). You can check out the distances in the photo gallery. Also, we have very fast Wi-Fi (around 100 Mbps) and an office table with a comfortable office chair - ideal for digital nomads
