I am Stefania , and this apartment is "my DREEM ". I have furnished it personally and the aim was to make your holiday a beautiful "dreem" because welcomed by so much Umbrian Warmth and details. Located near the parking , near a lot of shop, restaurant , church and work shop. It can accommodate four people, plus there is the possibility of two sofa beds for another three people. Is perfect starting point for every thing Umbria has to offer.Air conditioning in the kitchen and both bedrooms

L’appartamento di nuova costruzione, con classe energetica A+, è dotato dei maggiori standard abitativi (raffrescamento e riscaldamento a pavimento, serrande motorizzate, pannelli fotovoltaici). The “Basilica di San Francesco” is just 200 meters away, and it’s also well connected to the train station and Santa Maria degli Angeli thanks to the bus service. The house, with an independent entrance, was elegantly renovated in 2021. It has two floors, and provides a public covered parking area in agreement with the structure.
