Mariaville Goat Farm Yurt

A charming, stylish 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the artistic landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Sauna, Ski at Oak or Gore & Walk to Village

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. Perfect for nature enthusiasts!Adorable studio guesthouse for 2 people...no pets, with full kitchen, wifi and direct tv included. Located in the Village of Speculator, a beautiful place in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Right on the snowmobile trail. Kayakers can shove off from the lake right located nearby. Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

Our guesthouse is minutes from the interstate, but you'll swear that you've traveled far out in "God's country." Surrounded by many Amish neighbors, we are centrally located to Cooperstown, Howe Caverns, the Southern Adirondacks, Saratoga, Albany, Utica, and the Mohawk Valley (all within an hour's drive or less.) Enjoy a quiet retreat far off the road with authentic Amish furniture and decor and modern conveniences (washer & dryer, dishwasher, Keurig, AC/Heat, WiFi and streaming TV.)

2 bdrm ADK cabin 10 mins to GORE MTN

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Rustic Tiny Cabin

This tiny, magical, rustic, cabin is situated overlooking a large pond on a private property of 200+ acres. Though the cabin is very small (about 10x12 ft with an upstairs sleeping loft) it is quaint and lovingly made with hand split cedar shingles and locally harvested wood. There is an outhouse and no power/running water, but a 5 gallon cooler of spring-fed drinking water is provided.

Camp TwoSome

This delightful newly-built cabin with gorgeous beautiful mountain views offers privacy and sounds of the brook below. Camp TwoSome is cozy, sweet and lovely. Located on a quiet road surrounded by woods. Elsewhere on our family compound, we offer a Japanese hot tub available for private booking experience, on-site walking trails. Close to downhill and cross country skiing!

Farm stay w/ Alpaca walk included @ The Stead

Welcome to "THE STEAD" @ Lyons Family Homestead. A unique secluded tiny home nestled up on the hill of our 19-acre farm. Surrounded by nature and lots of friendly animals. We created this space as a place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We encourage you to unplug and unwind as you soak in life on the farm here.
