There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Kiln House is a quality holiday home at Snape Maltings, home of the Aldeburgh Festival, with shops, galleries. cafes, excellent pub, and plenty of free parking. The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office. We are set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on a gorgeous leafy farm only 8 minutes from the well known seaside town of Southwold. Sadly we cannot accept any pets as we have livestock on the farm.

'The Wheelhouse' with a nautical theme

'The Wheelhouse' is a small self contained chalet in the garden of the main property. It is only 100 metres from the beach and 350 metres from the Town Centre. There is on-road parking without restrictions. Bedding and towels provided. Pets allowed if they are used to staying on the floor. I can sometimes allow 2 night stays on request.
