Flower Farm Loft

When you arrive at the Flower Farm Loft you're greeted by our dogs, who will likely jump on you with muddy paws and request fetch and pets. You're immediately surrounded by flowers in our gardens and flower studio. The loft has big east facing windows that look over our farm and surrounding fields. You'll open the curtains in the morning to incredible sunrises over Kilkenny Cove, and end your nights at your private fire pit with immaculate star filled skies that will make it hard to go inside.

Experience living tiny in this lovingly built small scale space that includes everything you need for a cozy getaway. Return from a day of hiking in Acadia National Park to soak in the clawfoot tub or relax on the tiny deck, with a glimpse of the ocean. This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

The Seamist Cottage - Converted Historic Barn

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! The Bird's Nest is an elevated efficiency apartment with views of Somes Sound, Southwest Harbor, and the mountains of Acadia. There is a small efficiency kitchen and a sunny second floor deck to enjoy the view while having a peaceful breakfast or evening meal. While the property is secluded and private, we do have our own private wooded trail that drops right into town, where you can enjoy Southwest Harbor's restaurants and shops, or catch the free Island Explorer bus.

This is a two bedroom and one and a half bath upstairs apartment. It is located in the center of downtown Southwest Harbor. Surrounded by restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Walk downstairs to enjoy all Southwest Harbor has to offer. The apartment is walking distance to a working waterfront harbor where you can watch the fishing boats come and go. Mount Desert Island is surrounded by Acadia National Park all within a short drive from the apartment.

Adorable Quietside Cabin

Welcome to the Quiet side of Mount Desert Island, With the same easy access to all of the wonders Acadia National Park has to offer. Why not stay on the less commercialized and more peaceful side of the island. This cozy tiny cabin is fully separate from the Main House. It has a private bathroom, kitchenette/dining area, and ample parking space. The main house is now also rented on Airbnb, the homeowner will still be available for any questions or help!
