The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, a third bedroom with bunk beds, we also have a travel cot available. There is a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower, and separate WC. Upstairs comprises of one double bedroom ensuite, a twin room plus large separate bathroom with bath. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen with separate dining area in the conservatory leading out to a garden. The middle room serves a a snug with fire and a plush velvet sofa. The front room serves as a tv room.

This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.
