NOTE: To gain access to the property thru gate, you need to be able to receive SMS messages and call within NZ Tea ,coffee making facilities only.

The house includes a kitchen and laundry, 1.5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Upon entering the main door, you’ll find a staircase leading upstairs to the apartment. This cosy retreat is ideal for the single traveller or couple. Views are to the back of the property across to Arthurs Point but privacy is ensured with the lovely trees on the property.

Modern Stay in Cromwell - self check in

This 1 bedroom unit is located above our garage. It includes your own separate lounge area and bathroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have a heat pump to keep you cozy in Winter and cool in Summer. Unlimited Wifi is also included. This is a great location, only a 20min walk into town. Please note the stairs are steep. We will not use the garage while you are staying with us for complete privacy.
