This cottage is 4 mins drive from Bowral with delightful country views to the Wingecarribee River. It has 2 bedrooms - both Queen size beds with reverse cycle air conditioning. A functioning kitchenette as well as a breakfast table & chairs, smart TV/Nettflix in a cosy sitting room. Blue & white bathroom. Ideal for a couple or with baby or 2 couples. I get a lot of 2 + 1 guests which works equally as well. Two private outside areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful rural views is also available.

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Local shopping includes vintage clothing, antiques, arts and craft. Enjoy a walk to Lake Alexandra or along one of the many bush tracks. Alternatively, jump in the car and visit Bowral, Berrima and the other surrounding towns and villages. You’ll love our place because it is homely, separated from our house, and has a comfy bed.
