Ideal rural retreat for anyone and everyone! This cosy wooden cabin is a simply lovely place to stop and unwind. Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). Local attractions include Monks House, Drusilla’s, Glyndebourne, the County Town of Lewes, Cuckmere Haven, Brighton and many many more. There is also a convenient pub just 100m away!

The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

The 'Seaside Annexe' is self-contained, 1 bedroomed accommodation. It is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, overlooking the English Channel and featuring an ensuite shower room, TV, rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen. It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

Situated at the foot of the South Downs in the historic town of Lewes, you will find our cosy studio. This self-contained space, is ideal for 1 or two people to enjoy a restful stay with a newly appointed kitchen and bathroom. It has its own private entrance and outside seating area. A bus service to Brighton and universities is a 5 minute walk away. The train station and Lewes town Centre are about a 10 minute walk away. Easy access to walk and bike rides in the South Downs National Park.

Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Lewes is a vibrant town with an interesting history and close to Brighton. Our refurbished annex is perfect for relaxing, exploring the local area, visiting family or whilst travelling for work. It has a light, modern feel, and generously-sized rooms.

Garden Huts B&B Ouseside

Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. 'Ouseside' Shepherds hut is luxury glamping with everything under one roof including a shower and loo! It has a fully equipped kitchen area with a two ring gas hob and small gas fridge. Breakfast is provided and Pets are welcome.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
