You'll be able to sit on your private patio at night with a fire under the string lights. Try our favorite ice cream shop down the street or a short drive to downtown Wakefield. Take the morning to surf & the afternoon to lay on the beautiful beaches. This apartment is perfect for families or small groups. Easily accessible on one level.

This light filled, spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The apartment has a private entrance with parking and a private porch. The University of Rhode Island is 4.1 mile drive away. There are more than 15 beaches to visit in southern RI. Your adventure starts here.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The apartment is a five minute walk to charming downtown Jamestown and a two minute drive to local beaches and state parks, an ideal location for a lovely getaway. The drive to Newport is a rather scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge. You may be tempted to stay in, as the open floor plan and thoughtful decorating make for a pleasant accommodation. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a stove top (no oven), microwave, and mini-fridge.

Directly across from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking distance to South Kingstown Beach, East Matunuck Beach, Potter Pond and Deep hole a popular surfing and fishing area. Quick ride to Charlestown famous Ninigret park. Enjoy a short walk to The Vanilla Bean for Ice cream. Seaview Market Place offers great sandwiches for the beach along with many grocery items. Carpenter's farm a bit further offers farm fresh items.
