Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

It is situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is to be found at the end of a one mile drive in Westerlands. The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.

NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
