Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.

This rustic tiny home is architecturally designed and constructed almost entirely of recycled materials gathered from house demolitions. ''Spa and Sauna Studio" is a beautiful self-contained studio that is an intimate retreat. It provides a place to unwind and relax with a feeling of serenity and space. The spa and sauna are in a separate light filled room, which then leads out to an outdoor courtyard offering BBQ facilities. The Studio is 1 extra large room, with a kitchentte, ensuite, kingsize bed, lounge, TV, and dining table. Spa Studio is in a lovely neighbourhood 3 minute drive to the beach, main street, and river.

Located in best residential area of Adelaide but close to everything you need (free public transport, cafes, supermarkets, parks etc)
