This 144m² villa is situated in a quiet, picturesque setting just 7 km from the city of Chania. Guests can easily reach local markets, restaurants, and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive. The property features a private heated swimming pool, an independent courtyard, and a veranda offering exceptional views of Souda Bay. Inside, the villa includes a modern open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as three bedrooms, each with a balcony and scenic views.
