**House is located on Northeast Harbor, not Mount Desert.** **Entire property, (inside and out) is NO SMOKING. Smoking on the patios is NOT ALLOWED.** **The backyard is NOT part of this listing. Unless it is within 14 days of the date then shorter stays are considered.** *Dogs are welcome with pre-approval only and incur a $50/night/dog.
