We provide a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, great amenities and all the comforts of home. The expansive deck boasts a hot tub, comfortable seating, al fresco dining, an outdoor TV, and a fire pit. Multiple outdoor spaces offer something for everyone, from the serene river views to the fun of your own putting green!

Serenity Cabin + set 1 tent! Big stars, kids loft.

Cabin is a nice retreat for a couple as well as a family. Kids can play or read in the UPSTAIRS loft, play in the yard or explore the fenced in, on site trails with mom & dad. May see frogs, rabbits, deer, roadrunners, lizards, insects, nature etc. We do have a dog, ‘ROSA’ who stays in her fenced in area but loves to play fetch & run the trails with guests when parents allow, just ask!! Deck, charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit for s’mores, or enjoy while star watching in the dark night sky.

This large inviting and peaceful home is appx 4500sq ft, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, game room, living, dinning, large large kitchen, courtyard in the back, large covered porch. It is perfect for entertaining, or family gatherings. Excellent location, nice view, and in the heart of town. Fishing, hiking, rafting down the Brazos, dinosaur world, or see the dino footprints. Breakfast is NOT provided when the whole B&B is rented.
