Lakeview Blue

You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

Pecan Grove Cabin

Custom built, hand hewn log cabin. Completed late September of 2018, everything about this home was completely personalized. Nestled on an 11 acre pecan orchard, the cabin offers the best of both worlds with that country cabin feel while at the same time being only minutes away from the commerce of US Hwy 27. 5 minutes to the Fishing Creek Boat Ramp and 8 minutes to Lee's Ford Marina. Our family had a wonderful time building this cabin and we hope you will come and enjoy it over and over again!

Peaceful Getaway near Conley Bottom & Burnside

Welcome to our countryside getaway nestled on almost 5 acres within 5-20 miles of Burnside, Lee's Ford, and Conley Bottom Marinas. Enjoy the day on Lake Cumberland. Come back to relax, eat, drink & be merry. Gather around the outside barbecue area and fire pit or snuggle up inside next to the fireplace, playing games or watching a movie. Whether you are on a couple's retreat, fishing buddy's getaway, or family vacation - the house and outdoor area provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

Lake front Cabin - Private dock

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

Welcome to Tandy Tinyhouse! This Adorable 1Br is Brand New and has everything you need! Very Modern Kitchen w/tiled backsplash, Microwave, Keurig, Refrigerator, Range and Granite Counters. LTV Flooring and 10ft Ceilings throughout. En-suite features a Barn door and Tiled Shower. Washer/Dryer Combo just off of the Kitchen Area. Amazing location 3 minutes to Downtown Somerset and 10 minutes to Lees Ford Marina. You will want to stay here again and again! Close to intersection 27 and 80

With Lake Cumberland only 5 minutes away via the Cabell landing....really your boat is 5 minutes from being in the water; the cottage can be your base for all things fun on the lake (swimming, boating, and fishing). Did I CATCH your interest with fishing. However, if it’s a retreat you seek, the cottage is also for you as it sits in a quiet, very pretty, rural area of Wayne County, Kentucky, where 5 can sleep easily.

Covered porch around guesthouse with gas grill access. Kitchen fully stocked. Full size sofa couch, and 2 full size floor mattresses in loft. Free wifi available. Onsite boat parking available. Fire pit and fire table available-both outside. No smoking.
