Greenlands Barn is in a lovely quiet spot off the River Tone. From the doorstep you can walk along the river, go further onto the Somerset levels or do a circuit to the local pub in the next village. The barn is light and airy with a large kitchen diner & living room, king size bedroom, spacious bathroom, walled courtyard and private riverbank. There are mountain bikes and a 2-person canoe for use during your stay. Historic towns, countryside or just a rest by the wood-burning stove awaits you.

Very large house in the countryside, in Somerset, SW England, with hot tub. 300 years old, but totally renovated. Very peaceful location with wonderful views of the rolling hills. Three large double bedrooms, one with extra single bed, one single bedroom. Two sitting rooms, each with wood burning stoves, TV’s with full Sky, TNT, Premier, Netflix package. Very large modern kitchen with extendable dining room table, seats 10. Picturesque, very quiet front garden with inflatable 4-person hot tub.

Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house 1st May to end September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Eden Cabin (Romantic getaway whatever the weather)

This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

Rodden River cabin on the edge of Frome, Somerset

Rodden Manor dates back to the 16th Century - was once the home of Thomas 'little Jack' Horner of nursery rhyme fame. Built in a secluded haven in the fields outside Frome, the manor has a small stone built, single room building on the edge of the garden, next to the river. There's private parking and access to the surrounding fields, wild swimming and a hot tub ( booked by special request ). Frome is walking distance with its restaurants, cinema and the independent shops of Catherines Hill

Beat the crowds and visit the beautiful coastline & peaceful countryside of Somerset with lots to do in the area for all ages. The house is detached, spacious & south facing with numerous walks from the doorstep, fantastic views, star gaze from our patio! We have 4 doubles & 1 single, lovely beaches nearby, a large garden, patio BBQ & fire pit, dogs are free! The kitchen is well equipped I may be flexible on dates & numbers if you message me. Home made scones & a bottle of fizzy welcome you!

The property consists of the east wing of a country house. The open plan living space and all bedrooms face south and overlook the park and lake. Nestling within its own 38 acres of gardens, parkland and private woods to explore, this tranquil retreat creates the opportunity to appreciate nature at its best with red deer and a variety of wildlife. Located between Exmoor and Dartmoor, within easy reach of both the north and south coasts and Exeter, it is ideally placed to explore Devon.

Riverside cabin for artists/wild swimmers/families

Secluded and peaceful cabin with stunning views across the river. Perfect for artists, musicians, writers trying to finish their novels, wild river swimmers, small families and surfers. Refurbished in spring 2018, the self-contained cabin sleeps two comfortably and four at a push. There's a wood-burning stove (logs provided) and a large private deck overlooking the river. Visiting children are welcome to use our children's trampoline, climbing frame and huuuuge rope swing, at your risk.

17th Century Thatched Cottage

Bed & Breakfast. 2 double rooms available for the price of one in our cottage at the edge of Okeford Fitzpaine Village with a traditional cottage garden. The cottage has a sunroom that can be used by guests with Sky TV. The 2 guest bedrooms are both doubles and decorated in a cottage style. We have a separate bathroom for guests on the first floor where the bedrooms are and you have the whole of the upstairs and sunroom to yourselves. Hotub available 1 May to 1st Sept.
